Brian Melville joined Sacramento State in 2012, teaching in the Business Analysis program at the College of Continuing Education. He is a principal management consultant with NuSight Consulting.
Before founding NuSight, Brian held positions with Experis and EDS. He has consulted with organizations in government, healthcare, banking, manufacturing, distribution, and high tech. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in business administration from Sacramento State.
Brian is actively involved in the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA) and is a popular speaker. He has advised the Governor’s Office of Innovation, founded the Sacramento CIO Council, and in 2013 published, The State of Business Analysis in the Sacramento Region. He and his wife enjoy traveling and playing strategic board games with their three sons.
