Tim Aldinger is the director of Workforce Development Services at the Foundation for California Community Colleges, supporting the economic and workforce development for the 113 Community Colleges of California. He designs and facilitates trainings for the California Workforce Association (CWA) and brings his expertise in communication to CCE’s Workforce Development Professional Certificate and Apprenticeship programs.
Tim is a co-designer and facilitator for CWA’s Executive Bootcamp and designs and facilitates trainings for managers and upcoming executives in California’s workforce development system.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Tim was the chief learning officer at the National Association of Workforce Boards, where he designed and delivered curriculum for a national Workforce Leadership Council program for board and staff members developing their leadership capacity and community impact.
Tim has a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Southern Oregon University and a master of public management from Carnegie Mellon University Heinz College.
