Tim Saville joined Sacramento State in 2015 teaching sales negotiation in the Professional Sales Certificate Program. Tim is currently the CEO and president of North State Lumber and the general manager and director of business development with General Truss Company.

Tim earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and organizational leadership as well as his master’s degree in organizational leadership, all from Chapman University. He holds a certificate in negotiation for senior executives at Harvard Law School along with certificates in organizational development, public and non-profit leadership and mediation.

Tim has a 30-year record in general management, sales, marketing, branding, project management and business development. During his tenure in construction, he negotiated contracts worth over $100 million dollars and managed sales of more than 30,000 homes and dozens of commercial structures, apartments and condominiums.
