Jackie Alcalde Marr is the founder of Evolutions Consulting Group, helping individuals, leaders, teams and organizations achieve their goals in ways that accentuate their core passions. With twenty-five years of organization development experience in Fortune 500 companies, Jackie has lived abroad and has worked with leaders in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. She is a certified leadership and personal coach, and teaches courses at the University of San Francisco, Drexel University, the University of the Pacific, and California State University, Sacramento. She is the co-author of Social Media at Work: How Networking Tools Propel Organizational Performance.

Jackie is drawn to social entrepreneurs and social enterprises who seek to have a positive impact in their communities – local and global. She works with ONEHope Wine, selling wine, wine gifts, and private wine tasting parties to support a variety of social causes. She is the Culture Change Leader for Wisdom Works, a consulting firm that cultivates well-being in leaders and organizations. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Sacramento chapter of the International Coach Federation.

Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications with a minor in Spanish from California State University, Sacramento. She is certified in ODR’s Managing Organizational Change, Pritchett’s Change Management program, Buzan Centre’s Mind Mapping, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, and the PDI 360 assessment. In addition, she has training in strategic planning and the Balanced Scorecard.
