How to Submit Financial Aid Documents

Check Your Student Center

Log in to your Student Center to review Holds and/or To-Do List items that require action.

Review your To Do List for any of the following statuses:

  • Initiated: Item(s) that require action by the student
  • Received: Item(s) have been received and are pending review by the office

Documents will remain on your To-Do list with a Received status until they are reviewed and processed by the Financial Aid Office. Processing is completed in the order documents are received, and reviews may take 4–6 weeks.

Once a document has been reviewed and processed, it will be removed from your To-Do list. Please check your student email regularly for any updates from the Financial Aid Office.

Important: Do not email documents, as they will not be accepted due to privacy and security concerns.

Submitting Verification Documents Online

Beginning with the 2025–26 aid year, students and parents will upload and electronically sign verification documents through the new verification platform. An account must be created to gain access.

Students applying for financial aid in 2025–26 and beyond can securely complete their verification forms through this platform. If action is required, specific instructions will be provided in the Student Center under To-Do List.

Please note: Some financial aid documents not managed in the new platform must still be submitted using the OnBase Upload tool. Be sure to review the description in the To-Do List for detailed instructions.

How to Submit Your Documents

Online: Upload documents securely by using a compatible browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge) to ensure a successful upload.

​In-person: Use the document drop-box located outside the Student Service Center in Lassen Hall, Room 1000 (near the main entrance).

Postal mail: Mail all documents to the address below
