Please note that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Sacramento State has transitioned to virtual operations. This has delayed university processes related to opening the ATS application for our Summer 2020 program.

Sac State’s 9th Annual Summer Academies for High School Students is coming up quickly. Please consider sponsoring one of our academies and help teens in our community experience hands-on career exploration.

These unique academies are led by Sacramento State professors and industry professionals in STEM fields, creative arts, education, entrepreneurship, public service and more.

Summer Session

Overview

2020 Sessions
First 6-week session (6W1): May 26 – July 2
Second 6-week session (6W2): July 6 – August 14
Full 12-week session (12W): May 26 – August 14

Summer Session offers Sac State and visiting students the opportunity to take classes over the summer during two 6-week sessions and one 12-week session.

The short sessions allow students the flexibility to complete graduation requirements and advance toward degree goals while pursuing other interests over the summer.
